ARE Oy – ARE as building technology company for Logicenters’ new logistics center

Logicenters is building a new logistics hall of approximately 29,000 square meters in Hervanta, Tampere. 

The project is implemented as total responsibility construction (KVR contract), where ARE acts as a building technology partner, responsible for the property’s heating, water, ventilation, electricity and automation systems (LVISA).
