ARE Oy – Jari Mikkonen has been appointed Managing Director of ARE Group
Jari Mikkonen has been appointed CEO of ARE Group and a member of the management team as of February 1, 2025.
Mikkonen has a master’s degree in engineering and has strong know-how and experience in building engineering tasks in various companies. He moves to the position from the position of CEO of Dahl Suomi Oy, where since 2019 he has been responsible for the business operations of Dahl companies in Finland, Estonia and Lithuania.

Hannu Keinänen, who has been acting as interim CEO, will continue in his position until Jari takes office, after which he will support the new CEO during the transition period. He will also continue as a board member of ARE and its owner Conficap, where he has served since 2023.
