Caverion

Anders Fagerkrantz has been appointed as new CEO of Caverion in Sweden, where he is currently employed as a Regional Manager.

Anders Fagerkrantz, born in 1973, has a M.Sc. Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm) and an MBA from Stockholm University. Anders Fagerkrantz has worked in various roles at Caverion for more than ten years, most recently as regional manager. Other previous experience includes CEO at the claims service company Recover Skadeservice AB and Property/Technical Manager at the property company Olov Lindgren AB.

Anders Fagerkrantz succeeds Mats Johansson, President and CEO of Assemblin Caverion Group, who has been the acting CEO of Caverion in Sweden since October 2024.

“I am very happy to pass the baton to Anders Fagerkrantz. In the recruitment process we were looking for someone with substantial business acumen combined with operational experience and strong leadership skills. I am certain that Anders Fagerkrantz is the right person for the task,” says Mats Johansson, President and CEO of Assemblin Caverion Group.

Anders Fagerkrantz will assume his new role on 1 February. One of the first major tasks will entail continuing the transformation of Caverion Sweden into a leading partner in technical facilities management, technical facility services and energy services for buildings, industry and infrastructure. This is a market with substantial potential, meaning that Caverion Sweden plays a key role in positioning the operations of the Assemblin Caverion Group as Sweden’s leading installation and service partner.

“I am honoured to be entrusted with leading the operations in Caverion Sweden, which are currently at an exciting phase of development. I am very familiar with the organisation and am impressed with the superior level of expertise and the commitment found within the operations. With our strong organisation and well-developed offering, I look forward confidently to our continued journey,” says Anders Fagerkrantz.
