In 2024, Sonepar completed 17 acquisitions, bringing both generalist and specialist companies into its portfolio – industrial automation, cable specialist, software utilities – for an unprecedented revenue of €2.2Bn.

 

These acquisitions represent 154 new branches and over 3,100 new associates joining the Group – a warm welcome to you all!

2024 has been a transformative year for Sonepar as we continue to focus on strategic growth, driven by our North American expansion: of the 17 companies acquired, seven are based in North America, representing around €1.9Bn in additional revenue and 1,700 new associates.
