Assemblin Caverion Group – Assemblin acquires HVAC and building services company Premea

Assemblin Heating and Sanitation has acquired the plumbing and building services company Premea, with operations in Greater Stockholm, 12 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 50 million. 

Premea AB (“Premea”) was founded in 2009 and comprises 12 employees, with headquarters located in Bromma.
