Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Collett Svetsmaskinservice AB
Ahlsell Sverige AB has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Collett Svetsmaskinservice AB, an established wholesaler in welding and tools.
This acquisition further strengthens Ahlsell’s offerings in these areas.
Collett supplies equipment to the industry within welding, machinery, processing, and personal protective equipment. The company has fourteen employees, a turnover of approximately 41 MSEK in 2024, and operates a store, warehouse, and office in Täby.
Through this acquisition, Ahlsell gains access to enhanced expertise, a broader product range, and increased availability within the welding sector. This enables us to offer even better comprehensive solutions to our industrial and workshop customers, particularly in the Stockholm region.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in June 2025.
