Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Skydda

Ahlsell AB, through its subsidiaries Ahlsell Sverige AB, Ahlsell Oy, and Ahlsell Norge AS, has entered into an agreement to acquire Skydda in Sweden, Norway and Finland from Bergman & Beving, and thereby strengthening its offering in the retail segment.

Skydda is a specialized distributor of personal protective equipment (PPE) focusing on retail customers in the Nordics.
