ARE Oy – ARE buys the rest of Enerzi’s stock, Rene Zidbeck as business director of energy and expert services

ARE is strengthening its energy and expert services by buying the remaining part of the stock of Enerz, which offers energy efficiency solutions. 

Enerz continues to operate as an independent company that operates as part of ARE’s energy and expert services. Rene Zidbeck, who is renouncing his minority stake, will be appointed business director of ARE’s energy and expert services and a member of the management team from January 1, 2025.
