Caverion acquires Carrier’s commercial refrigeration projects and related services business in Finland and expands its food retail refrigeration offering. The acquisition was closed today. 

The transaction will further strengthen Caverion’s refrigeration business and expertise and will bring Carrier’s market-leading food retail refrigeration product portfolio to Caverion’s offering, supported by its own expertise in the delivery and service of food retail refrigeration solutions.
