Electro Cable – Patch panels and cross-panel: when is it better to choose?

Both the patch panel and the cross panel are switching components of a structured cabling network (SCN) that perform similar, but not identical, functions.

This is also the reason for the differences in their design. The latter was invented for telephony, the former for the Internet, cable-based information systems with RG-45 and RG-12 over Ethernet and other protocols.
