Legrand – Legrand and Circul’R join forces to accelerate the transition to a circular economy

Legrand acquired a majority stake in Circul’R*, a French circular economy consulting firm, in December 2024.

Legrand’s equity stake into Circul’R’s capital will enable them to accelerate their development in both France and Europe, and to support their clients’ transition towards circular business models based on a more efficient and sustainable management of natural resources, supported by the industrial expertise, influence and financial strength of a large international group.
