Rexel – Acquisition of ITESA Group: Rexel strengthens its presence in the in the world of security
Rexel announces that it has completed the acquisition of Groupe ITESA, a leading distributor of security solutions for professionals in France, following the authorization from the French Competition Authority.
With an already established presence in distribution specializing in access control, video surveillance, intruder alarms and fire detection, Rexel is accelerating its development through the acquisition of the ITESA Group and its subsidiary Veditec, thereby strengthening its expertise in the world of security. This acquisition consolidates Rexel’s offering in France, which focuses on security for commercial, residential and industrial buildings. By combining the strengths of Francofa Eurodis and ITESA, Rexel is able to offer its specialist installer a comprehensive solution to meet their needs.
