We are excited to announce that we have reached an agreement to acquire Schwing Electrical Supply Corp., a leading electrical distributor serving Long Island, New York. 

 

This strategic acquisition aligns with Rexel USA’s long-term growth objectives, which emphasizes the acquisition of high-quality distributors to expand our footprint in key markets with strong growth potential.
